“நாளை நமதே” – The Future Is Ours

கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளில் நமது மிகச் சிறந்த, ஊக்கமூட்டும் மற்றும் சிறப்பான நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் ஒன்றாக “நாளை நமதே” திகழ்கிறது. உறுப்பினர்களின் தன்னம்பிக்கையும் நல்ல தமிழில் பேசும் திறனையும் வளர்க்கும் நோக்கில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி, அவர்களை தங்கள் எண்ணங்களைப் பெருமையுடனும் தெளிவுடனும் வெளிப்படுத்த ஊக்குவித்தது.

நாளை நமதே, நம் சமூகத்தின் தனித்துவமான நோக்கத்துடன் பொருந்துமாறு வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டது. ஒவ்வொரு அமர்வும், உரையாற்றும் திறனை மட்டுமல்லாமல், தன்னம்பிக்கை, அறிவு, மற்றும் தலைமைத்துவ திறன்களையும் மேம்படுத்தும் உயிரோட்டமான மேடையாக மாறியது.

பேச்சாளர்கள் 3 நிமிட சிறிய உரைகளிலிருந்து தங்கள் பயணத்தைத் தொடங்கி, திறமைகள் வளர்ந்தபோது 5 முதல் 7 நிமிட உரைகளாக முன்னேறினர். மேலும், புகழ்பெற்ற எழுத்தாளர்கள், கவிஞர்கள் மற்றும் பல தமிழ் அமைப்புகளின் தலைவர்களை அழைத்து, அவர்கள் தங்கள் அனுபவங்களையும் அறிவையும் பகிர்ந்து எங்கள் உறுப்பினர்களை ஊக்குவித்தனர்.

மேம்பட்ட பேச்சாளர்களுக்காக 7 முதல் 15 நிமிடங்கள் வரை நீளமான உரைகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. இவை ஆழ்ந்த ஆராய்ச்சி தேவைப்படும் பல்வேறு தலைப்புகளில் நடைபெற்று, பேச்சாளர்களின் திறன்களை வெளிக்கொணரும் வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கின. சிறந்த பேச்சாளர்கள், சங்கத்தின் உள் நிகழ்வுகளில் தங்களுடன் பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய சிறப்பு பட்டங்களால் கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டதுடன், நினைவாகப் புத்தகங்களும் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

“நாளை நமதே” நிகழ்ச்சியின் மூலம் நாங்கள் வெறும் சிறந்த பேச்சாளர்களை மட்டுமல்ல, உற்சாகம் மிகுந்த தலைவர்களையும் கண்டறிந்தோம் — தமிழை தன்னம்பிக்கையுடனும் தாராள நம்பிக்கையுடனும் முன்னேற்ற தயாரானவர்கள்.

“Nalai Namathey” has been one of our most inspiring and memorable activities in recent years. Designed to nurture confidence and eloquence, it encouraged our members to speak in beautiful Tamil and express their thoughts with pride and clarity.

Nalai Namathey was uniquely tailored to our community’s spirit. Each session became a vibrant platform where participants not only refined their public speaking skills but also grew in self-confidence, knowledge, and leadership.

Speakers began their journey with short 3-minute speeches and progressed to 5–7-minute presentations as their skills matured. We also welcomed renowned writers, poets, and presidents of Tamil organisations who shared their wisdom and inspired our participants.

For our advanced speakers, the 7–15-minute sessions provided opportunities to deliver well-researched talks on diverse and thought-provoking topics. The best speakers were celebrated with honorary titles that they could proudly use within the society, along with meaningful gifts of books to recognise their achievement.

Through Nalai Namathey, we discovered not just eloquent speakers, but passionate leaders — individuals ready to take Tamil forward with confidence and conviction.
