Volunteer Wing

1. Establishment
TACS shall establish a Volunteer Wing to provide opportunities for non-members of the Society to contribute their services and expertise in support of its objectives.

2. Eligibility
a) Non-citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) may join the Volunteer Wing.
b) Eligible applicants must be legally residing and/or working in Singapore, holding one of the following passes:
• S Pass (SP)
• Work Permit (WP)
• Dependant’s Pass
c) Citizenship or permanent membership in TACS is not required.

3. Rights and Privileges
a) Members of the Volunteer Wing shall not be required to pay membership fees.
b) They shall not have voting rights in any matters of the Society.
c) They shall not hold office in the Executive Committee.
d) They may participate in all volunteer activities, projects, and events organised by TACS.

4. Duties
a) To assist in the organisation and execution of cultural, social, and community programmes.
b) To uphold the values and objectives of TACS while volunteering.
c) To abide by the rules and regulations of the Society.

5. Termination
The Executive Committee reserves the right to terminate the involvement of any Volunteer Wing member if their conduct is deemed detrimental to the interests of TACS.
