Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Tamils Arts and Culture  Society, Singapore, will be held on Sunday, 31st May 2026 from 8 pm to 9.30 pm via Zoom.

2. To discuss and adopt the minutes of the AGM held on 22nd June 2025. 
3. To discuss and adopt the Management Committee Annual Report 2026/27. 
4. To consider and adopt the Accounts for the Financial Year 2025/2026. 
5. To elect the Management Committee for the period 2026/27. 
6. To adopt changes to the Constitution /Name/Address (if any). 
7. To deal with any correspondence that may have come to the Hon Secretary before 25.5 2026
8. Any other Matters.
